Balmoral Construction is a custom home builder based in Pemberton, BC, serving homeowners across Whistler, Pemberton, and Squamish. Founded in 2011 by Marc Harvey — a journeyman carpenter with over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction — Balmoral was built on a simple principle: take on fewer projects and build each one with greater care.
